hearty pasta sauce

• 1/2 green, red, yellow bell peppers
• 1/2 onion
• 3 can tablespoons pasta sauce
• 1 salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can 4oz tomatoe paste
• 1/2 cup mushrooms

1. heat pan over medium heat coat bottom of pan with evoo
2. add peppers saute until tender
3. add onion to pan.
4. saute until tender
5. add mushrooms saute until tender
6. add to pan tomatoe paste and pasta sauce.
7. mix tother
8. brown ground beef in different pan
9. add cooked ground beef to veggie sauce mixture and stir
10. serve sauce over pasta of choice
