Frozen Caramel Cheesecake
- 4 cups Oreo Crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 5 cups cold milk (2%)
- 2 lb. Jell-O Cheesecake Filling
- 3 quarts Prepared Dream Whip Dessert Topping Mix
- 2 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 3 1/2 quarts OREO Pieces, Medium Crunch, divided
- BASE: Combine crumbs and butter.
- Press onto bottom of full-size hotel pan.
- Freeze.
- FILLING: Use wire whip attachment on mixer.
- Pour cold milk into mixing bowl.
- Add cheesecake mix.
- Mix on LOW speed 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes.
- STOP and scrape bowl down.
- Mix on MEDIUM speed 2 minutes.
- Immediately fold in prepared dessert topping.
- Spread 1/3 of cheesecake mixture over crumb crust.
- Layer with 1/3 caramel sauce and 1/3 OREO pieces.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining cheesecake mixture and OREO pieces.
- Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
