Chicken Or Beef Marinade Recipe

• 1/2 c. water
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. ginger
• 2 tbsp. salad oil
• Dash of garlic salt

1. Mix all ingredients and marinate meat 6-24 hrs.
2. Drain off most liquid.
3. Bake at 350 degrees till done, 30 to 60 min, depending how thick meat is.
4. May cook on a grill also.
