Tinklee's Old Bay Seasoning Substitute

• 1 tbsp celery salt
• 3 whole bay leaves
• 3/4 tsp mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/4 tsp ginger powder
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg(fresh ground is nice)
• 10 allspice berries
• 10 whole cloves

1. Grind all ingredients together, and store in a spice jar
