Cheesy Beef Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up.
  7. Place, seam sides down, over salsa in dish.
  8. Top with remaining salsa; cover.
  9. Bake 20 to 22 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Top with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until melted.
