Cheesy Beef Enchiladas
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup salsa, divided
- 1 cup Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in 1/2 cup salsa; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
- Spread 1/4 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up.
- Place, seam sides down, over salsa in dish.
- Top with remaining salsa; cover.
- Bake 20 to 22 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 min.
- or until melted.
