Easy Sausage Manicotti Recipe
- 8 manicotti shells
- 2 Packages (8 ounce. each) brown & serve sausage links
- 2 jars (15 ounce. each) marinara or possibly mushroom spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- Fill each uncooked manicotti shell with 2 sausages.
- (If hard to fill, partially thaw sausages.)
- In greased baking pan, 12 x 8 x 2 inches, spread 1/2 jar sauce; arrange stuffed manicotti in sauce.
- If you like, slice remaining sausages and scatter around manicotti, or possibly save to use another day.
- Pour remaining sauce and the water over manicotti.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover tightly and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min.
- Uncover and bake 15 to 20 min longer or possibly till manicotti are tender.
- Serves 4.
