Alexander Espresso Recipe
- 1 c. Cool water
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd espresso coffee
- 1/2 x Cinnamon stick (3" long)
- 4 tsp Creme de cacao
- 2 tsp Brandy
- 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream, chilled
- 1 x Grated semisweet chocolate
- Make espresso with water and coffee.
- Break cinnamon stick into small pcs and add in to warm espresso.
- Allow to cold slightly.
- Add in creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
- Pour into demitasse c..
- Whip the cream, and float a dollop on top of each c.. Garnish with grated chocolate or possibly chocolate curls.
- Multiply proportions by six and it's perfect for a party.
