Fresno Fruit Fantasia

  1. Place sour cream, banana, lime juice, honey, maple syrup and ginger in 5-cup blender container.
  2. Cover; blend at low speed 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Split cantaloupe in half; scoop out each half with melon baller.
  4. Place balls in 6 individual dessert dishes.
  5. Add sour cream mixture; garnish with coconut.
