Creamy Potato And Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. I use fresh red pepper.
  2. Cook potatoes.
  3. Cold and peel.
  4. Cut in chunks or possibly slices.
  5. Cook beans; drain and cold.
  6. Put potatoes, beans, peppers and olives into a large bowl.
  7. Pour dressing of mayonnaise, lowfat milk and lemon juice over above.
  8. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
