Buffalo Chicken Pizza
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough
- 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Cut Into Thin Strips
- 1/2 cups Franks Wing Sauce, Divided
- 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce Or Marinara Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Smoked Gouda Cheese, Shredded
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 2 whole Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- Salt And Pepper
- Ranch Dressing, For Dipping
- Preheat oven and pizza stone to 550 degrees F for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare your pizza dough (either make your own, or thaw out the store bought package of it).
- Roll or stretch it out to fit your pizza stone and place it on top.
- Pour the hot sauce, minus 1 tablespoon, over top of the chicken in a shallow baking dish and let it sit for at least an hour.
- Meanwhile, mix the other tablespoon with the tomato or marinara sauce.
- Spread the sauce evenly on the pizza dough, leaving a crust around the edges.
- Sprinkle the cheeses on top of the sauce, then layer the chicken, then sprinkle the green onions.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pizza.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly and the dough is puffed up and golden brown.
- Serve with a side of ranch dressing.
