Grilled Pineapple

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp 1/8 garam masala
• 1 tbsp rum (opt.)
• 1 tbsp lime zest (opt.)
• 3/4 inch thick pineapple rings

1. mix ingredients in shallow or mixing bowl
2. coat pineapple slices
3. grill over medium heat 3-4 min/side, basting w/ sauce
