Brie Cheese Spread with Red Caviar

  1. Break the brie into pieces and put into your food processor.
  2. Add the garlic and olive oil.
  3. Blend together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl; add fresh ground pepper as desired.
  5. I like to use with garlic bagel chips.
  6. Spread on the chips, or toast points, and add a little red caviar to the top.
