Brie Cheese Spread with Red Caviar
- 1 lg. block Brie, halved
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed fresh garlic *
- Black ground pepper (optional)
- Red Caviar **
- Break the brie into pieces and put into your food processor.
- Add the garlic and olive oil.
- Blend together until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a serving bowl; add fresh ground pepper as desired.
- I like to use with garlic bagel chips.
- Spread on the chips, or toast points, and add a little red caviar to the top.
