Sweet Corn and Chicken Soup

  1. Place stock liquid, water and stock powder into boiler.
  2. Once boiled, add whole chicken breasts.
  3. Cook 10 minutes then remove chicken.
  4. Either shred or dice chicken then return to pot with shallots, corn kernels, creamed corn and soy sauce.
  5. Bring to boil, then reduce to slow boil.
  6. Cook a further 10 minutes.
  7. Whisk in beaten egg white.
  8. Add pepper to taste.
