Baked Fig Pudding Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. One tsp.
  3. ginger may be substitued for the cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Stir the sifted ingredients into the pudding mix.
  5. Bake in a greased 9-inch tube pan for about 1 hour.
  6. Serve warm with: Brown Sugar Hard Sauce, Sabayon Sauce or possibly Warm Wine Sauce
