Raisin Bran-Nut Cookies
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups raisin bran cereal
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.
- Beat egg in small bowl; stir in sugar, oil, water and vanilla.
- Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.
- Stir in cereal and nuts.
- Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheets to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
- Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
