Creamy Baked Oatmeal

  1. Combine all oatmeal ingredients except oats, cinnamon and cranberries in bowl.
  2. Add oats and cinnamon; stir until combined.
  3. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Heat oven to 350F.
  6. Add cranberries; stir.
  7. Bake, uncovered, 40-50 minutes, stirring twice, until thick and creamy.
  8. Remove from oven; stir before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
  10. Serve immediately with additional half & half, butter, brown sugar or maple syrup, if desired.
