Denver-Style Morning Burrito

  1. Whisk eggs and 1/2 cup cooking creme until well blended; set aside.
  2. Cook and stir vegetables and ham in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add egg mixture; cook 3 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spread tortillas with remaining cooking creme; top with egg mixture.
  5. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito-style.
  6. Each serving contains: 10%DV vitamin A, 10%DV vitamin C, 10%DV calcium, 10%DV iron.
