Chilled Soy Milk Kimchi Udon

  1. Boil the udon.
  2. Pre-mix the soy milk and mentsuyu.
  3. Cut the kimchi into bite sizes.
  4. Finely chop the green onions.
  5. Drain and rinse the udon noodles under cold water.
  6. Pour the soy milk mentsuyu mix over the noodles and top them with kimchi and green onions.
  7. Drizzle ra-yu over it to finish.
