Low Carb peanut butter fudge

  1. put peanut butter and butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
  2. stir with a whisk.
  3. add cream cheese and heat.
  4. for one minute
  5. again stir with a whisk.
  6. add Splenda and vanilla flavoring.
  7. whisk again.
  8. pour mixture into a casserole dish and refrigerate until set.
