Wehani Rice
- 1 cup Wehani Rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Water
- Rinse 1 cup of the rice.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the rice with 2 1/4 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Bring to a rolling boil and stir gently.
- Cover, reduce the heat to very low and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let stand for 45 minutes to allow the starches to firm up before serving.
