Thai Pork

  1. Put pork loin in crockpot.
  2. Add peppers, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, red pepper and garlic.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours; if frozen 8-10 hours.
  4. Shred cooked pork and add peanut butter.
  5. If desired top with onions, peanuts, lime juice and chile paste.
  6. Serve over basmati rice.
