Salmon on the Grill, with Brown Sugar Rub
- Cedar Planks, For Grilling
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash
- 18 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 whole Large Salmon Fillets
- First, soak cedar planks in a sink of water, according to directions on package.
- You can usually find cedar planks in the lawn and garden section.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Mrs.
- Dash and ground black pepper.
- Place salmon skin side down.
- We usually cut off the skin.
- Place rub on top of salmon.
- After a few minutes, you will notice that oils from the salmon are making the rub moist.
- Place salmon on cedar planks on a grill preheated to 350 degrees F for approximately 35-40 minutes.
- Cook salmon until done.
