Salmon on the Grill, with Brown Sugar Rub

  1. First, soak cedar planks in a sink of water, according to directions on package.
  2. You can usually find cedar planks in the lawn and garden section.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Mrs.
  4. Dash and ground black pepper.
  5. Place salmon skin side down.
  6. We usually cut off the skin.
  7. Place rub on top of salmon.
  8. After a few minutes, you will notice that oils from the salmon are making the rub moist.
  9. Place salmon on cedar planks on a grill preheated to 350 degrees F for approximately 35-40 minutes.
  10. Cook salmon until done.
