Alaska Sablefish And Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 lb sablefish fillets or possibly steaks thawed if necessary Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 med onion halved, and thinly sliced
- 3 x zucchini cut 1/4" slices
- 2 x carrots sliced thin diagonally
- 1/4 tsp thyme crushed
- 3 Tbsp. oil Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Cut sablefish in 1 1/2-inch chunks; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry sablefish, vegetables and thyme in warm oil 8 to 10 min or possibly till sablefish flakes easily when tested with a fork and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 or possibly 5 servings.
- Recipe may be halved or possibly doubled.
- Serving tip: Stir-fry sablefish and vegetables may be served with warm green pasta.
