Creamy Turkey Basil Pasta Recipe

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender or possibly food processor.
  2. Process 20 seconds.
  3. With motor running, gradually add in extra virgin olive oil in a slow, steady stream.
  4. Add in yogurt (at room temperature) and process 5 seconds.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Combine rotini noodles and remaining ingredients; add in dressing and toss gently.
  7. Cover and chill.
  8. Yield: 4 servings (285 calories per 1 1/4 c. serving).
