Chipotle Mashed Sweet Potatoes

• 2-1/4 lb. sweet potatoes (about 5), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 small canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, seeded, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Place potatoes in large bowl; mash until smooth.
4. Add cheese, sour cream, peppers and sugar; mix well.
5. Sprinkle with nuts.
