Buffalo Chicken Cheddar Cheese Balls

  1. Debone chicken and discard skin.
  2. Finely chop chicken checking for and removing small bones.
  3. Add in a large bowl chicken, buffalo sauce, pepper, cheese and green onions.
  4. Roll 1 in.
  5. Balls of mixture.
  6. Roll each ball in flour, then roll in eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Set chicken balls aside and refrigerate for 20 min.
  8. Deep fry at 350 in small groups (about 6-8 at a time) for about 2-2 1/2 min.
  9. Top with parmesan and parsley and serve warm.
  10. Use ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce for an added bonus!
