Shish Kabobs
- 4 lb. boneless sirloin steak
- 4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 tsp. onion, minced
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 8 Tbsp. catsup
- 8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- whole fresh mushrooms
- cherry tomatoes
- small onions
- green pepper slices
- Cut meat into cubes.
- Combine garlic salt, pepper, mustard, chili powder, onion, vinegar, catsup and oil in small bowl.
- Place cubes of meat in plastic bag and pour combined ingredients over meat.
- Close bag and turn bag so meat is completely covered. Refrigerate overnight.
- Pierce onions with ice pick several times to prevent them from falling apart when you add them to boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Add green pepper to same boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring meat and vegetables on skewers alternately.
