Stamppot

  1. Boil kale for 10 minutes in a large pot of water.
  2. Add potatoes, bacon, and sausage to water and continue to boil until potatoes are done, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Drain everything.
  4. Remove the meats and set aside.
  5. Put the potatoes and kale in a large bowl and mash with enough milk to bring it all together.
  6. Put meats back in and stir everything together.
  7. Serve with vinegar for extra taste.
