Un-Stuffed Peppers
- 13 pounds Hot Breakfast Sasuage
- 12 ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes (flavored Or Not)
- 2 whole Peppers (i Used Red And Green-sliced)
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese
- Crumble and saute your sausage until brown.
- Add in tomatoes, peppers, and rice and cook for about 810 minutes.
- You may need to add a little water if your tomato juice gets all absorbed by the rice.
- Stir in your cheese and continue to cook additional 810 minutes over low heat, or transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1015 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Either way, its yummy!
