Un-Stuffed Peppers

  1. Crumble and saute your sausage until brown.
  2. Add in tomatoes, peppers, and rice and cook for about 810 minutes.
  3. You may need to add a little water if your tomato juice gets all absorbed by the rice.
  4. Stir in your cheese and continue to cook additional 810 minutes over low heat, or transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 1015 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Either way, its yummy!
