Slow Cook Sausage Peppers Recipe
- 1-2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage
- 1 (21 ounce.) jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 2 med. peppers (sweet, warm, combo)
- Sandwich buns
- Cut sausage in links.
- Boil till redness is gone.
- Pierce sausage to allow fat to run off.
- Drain liquid.
- Clean peppers, remove seeds.
- Cut into narrow strips.
- Pour half of sauce into crockpot.
- Add in peppers and sausage.
- Cover with remaining sauce.
- Cover.
- Cook high 4 hrs or possibly low 8 hrs.
