Seafood pasta in Vodka Sauce

  1. On medium heat, heat oil.
  2. Saute garlic and shallots.
  3. Add vodka, let reduce to half.
  4. Add tomatoes, sugar and chicken stock.
  5. Bring to boil, add seafood then simmer.
  6. Add cream, simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat.
  7. Add basil and salt and pepper to taste.
