My Mustard Pulled Pork

  1. Ingredients
  2. Pour the Coke or Pepsie into the slow cooker or crock pot, and add the crushed Garlic.
  3. And turn on high until boils.
  4. Mix altogether with a Spoon, mix well put back on heat.
  5. Cut all the white fatty and grizzly bits off and add pepper all along the tenderloin.
  6. Then add it to the sauce in the slow cooker or croc pot.
  7. The way it is.
  8. Put leave it on high for 45 minutes then turn to medium and leave
  9. Leave in slowcooker for 4 hrs on medium 6 hrs on low.
  10. 3hrs in croc pot on very low
  11. When done, with two forks, pull the pork into shreds, then add 2 more Tablespoons of bbq sauce mix in, if you want it thicker add the Corn Starch .
  12. To thicken a little.
  13. Serve with Potatoe Fritters or Chunky Chips.
  14. And a little salad on the side .
