Microwave Tuna Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
- 7 ounce. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce.) can tuna
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of onion soup
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon brown mustard
- 1 (3 ounce.) can French fried onions
- Thaw broccoli in package till package feels hot, 4 to 5 1/2 min.
- Drain broccoli well.
- Combine all ingredients except half the onion rings in a 3 qt casserole.
- Microwave at high (100%) 6 min.
- Stir from outside to center of casserole to shorten cooking time and equalize heat.
- Sprinkle with remaining onion rings.
- Toppings are always added at the end of cooking so they won't be disturbed by stirring and will stay crisp.
- Microwave at high (100%) till center is warm, 2-4 min.
