Grilled Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

  1. In a sealable baggie, add shrimp, bell pepper and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and pepper; mix well.
  3. Add marinade to baggie with shrimp and vegetables.
  4. Make sure all of the shrimp and vegetables get covered.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
  6. Meanwhile, if using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  8. Skewer vegetables and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between vegetables and shrimp.
  9. Place on grill and cook for about 5 minutes on one side.
  10. Flip and cook until shrimp is pink, about 2 minutes.
