Grilled Cajun Shrimp Kabobs
- 1 pound Shrimp, Raw, Peeled, Deveined, Tail On
- 1 whole Bell Pepper, Seeded, Cut Into 1" Pieces
- 1/2 Red Onion, Cut Into 1" Pieces
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard Or Creole Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 whole Wooden Or Metal Skewers
- In a sealable baggie, add shrimp, bell pepper and onion.
- In a small bowl, add soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and pepper; mix well.
- Add marinade to baggie with shrimp and vegetables.
- Make sure all of the shrimp and vegetables get covered.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to overnight.
- Meanwhile, if using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Skewer vegetables and shrimp onto skewers, alternating between vegetables and shrimp.
- Place on grill and cook for about 5 minutes on one side.
- Flip and cook until shrimp is pink, about 2 minutes.
