Strip Steak with Four-Cheese Crust

  1. Mix cheeses and chives.
  2. Mix steak sauce and hot sauce.
  3. Refrigerate both until ready to use.
  4. For each serving: Season 1 steak with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill on high heat 10 min.
  6. or to medium (160F), or desired doneness, turning occasionally.
  7. Brush with 1 Tbsp.
  8. of the steak sauce mixture; cover with about 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture.
  9. Broil 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until cheese topping is melted and golden brown.
