Strip Steak with Four-Cheese Crust
- 2 qt. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 qt. DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Three Cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. TAPATIO Hot Sauce
- 24 each boneless beef strip steaks
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix cheeses and chives.
- Mix steak sauce and hot sauce.
- Refrigerate both until ready to use.
- For each serving: Season 1 steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill on high heat 10 min.
- or to medium (160F), or desired doneness, turning occasionally.
- Brush with 1 Tbsp.
- of the steak sauce mixture; cover with about 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture.
- Broil 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheese topping is melted and golden brown.
