Stir-Fried Shrimp With Garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 12 lbs large shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- lemon wedge, as needed
- Heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Add the shrimp and stir fry quickly until beginning to turn pink, about 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to cook, stirring constantly for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and serve.
