Parmesan Chicken
- 1 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 oil or melted butter
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- mix parmesan, bread crumbs in a bowl.
- blend eggs briefly in blender or with mixer
- put some flour on a plate
- tenderize chicken breast till its 1/4 inch in thickness
- coat chicken in flour then dredge it in eggs, coat in crumb mixture.
- heat oil over medium heat, cook chicken for 8-10 minutes turning once
- serve with spaghetti and sauce if desired
