Speedy Chili
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp minced garluc
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 16 oz chunky salsa
- 1 can drained corn
- 14 1/2 oz beef broth
- 15 oz rinsed and drained red kidney beans
- 15 oz rinsed and drained black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- Sautee the beef and garlic until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
