Spicy Salmon Filet
- 2 lb Salmon filet
- 1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 1 tsp Sofrito
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Set oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, sofrito, honey and Franks hot sauce
- Place aluminum foil on baking sheet
- Break up butter into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet
- Put salmon on baking sheet with the skin facing up
- Mix and pour all ingredients over salmon evenly
- Bake for 25 min (at the most).
- Turn salmon over half way through
