Soft and Chewy Okara Pon De Queijo

  1. Place the okara, katakuriko, powdered cheese, and salt into a bag, and shake well.
  2. Preheat the oven.
  3. Add in the vegetable oil and milk, and knead.
  4. When the the dough is smooth and a bit soft it's ready.
  5. Once it has been mixed well, roll it up into bite-sized pieces and bake in the oven at 190C for about 17-20 minutes.
  6. Eat them freshly baked.
  7. These also taste great fried golden brown in oil.
  8. These have been mixed shredded cheese, Krazy salt, black pepper, and parsley, and had a bite sized piece of wiener rolled up into them.
  9. Dip in ketchup and enjoy.
  10. It's great for a snack while drinking, or for breakfast.
