Uncle George's Easy Greek Spinach Dip
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- thin wheat snack crackers
- Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, red and green peppers)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Spoon into shallow baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve with crackers and vegetable dippers.
