Crab Wontons
- 6 ounces, weight Canned White Crab Meat, Drained And Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Fat Free Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 dash Fresh Pepper
- 12 whole Wonton Wrappers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonaise, soy sauce, garlic, onion powder and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Place 1 wonton wrapper into each of 12 mini muffin cups.
- The edges of the wonton wrappers will extend beyond the mini muffin tin cups and may need to be folded slightly.
- Fill the center of each wonton cup with crab mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.
