Chicken Squares
- 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 cups celery, chopped
- 3 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 12 cups light mayonnaise
- 14 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- Combine ingredients except for topping.
- Spread in well buttered 9x13 pan.
- Mix topping and sprinkle over chicken mix.
- Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes until browned and bubly.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Cut into squares.
