Ham & Vegetable Pasta Toss
- 3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 8 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding spinach to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
- Cook ham and peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until ham is heated through and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add cream cheese product and milk; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until cream cheese is completely melted.
- Drain pasta mixture; add to ingredients in skillet along with the tomatoes.
- Cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
