Chicken Cheese 'N Biscuits Recipe

  1. In saucepan heat butter till bubbly; add in flour, sage and mustard, stir to combine.
  2. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook till smooth.
  4. Add in chicken granules and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat, cook till thick, 5 - 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add in cheese, stir till melted.
  7. Cook carrots, mushrooms and broccoli slightly in microwave.
  8. Add in to mix.
  9. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  10. Spray 4 small casserole dishes with cooking spray.
  11. Pour mix, divided into them.
  12. Separate biscuits, top each casserole with 1 biscuit.
  13. Bake 7 to 10 min till golden.
