Chipotle Shrimp

  1. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a skilled over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cipotles and saute 2 minutes.
  4. Add wine and parsely, cook until shrimp are just opague in center (about two minutes).
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of chilled butter and stir until melted.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
