Mom's Baked Corn Recipe
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Beat Large eggs well, dissolve flour in water till medium paste texture, and add in to Large eggs.
- Mix and then add in corn, salt, pepper, butter, sugar, and lowfat milk.
- Place in a 2 qt casserole dish and bake at 325
