Oven Baked Fish
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 18 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs (or Panko)
- 2 whole Egg Whites, Beaten
- 16 ounces, weight Cod (or Other Fish Of Your Choice - I Used Dover Sole)
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix onion salt, pepper and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
- Beat egg whites with 2 Tbsp water.
- Dredge fish fillets in flour then dip in egg whites, then into bread crumb mixture.
- Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Drizzle with melted butter and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
