Oven Baked Fish

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix onion salt, pepper and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
  2. Beat egg whites with 2 Tbsp water.
  3. Dredge fish fillets in flour then dip in egg whites, then into bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter and top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
