Smart-Choice Parmesan-Baked Salmon
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 10 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Place fish in shallow foil-lined pan.
- Drizzle with lemon juice; spread with mayo mixture.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
