Warm Red Cabbage Salad
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 12 cup sultana
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 12 red cabbage, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Heat olive oil in pan over moderate heat.
- Saute onion, sultanas, apple and cabbage.
- Toss 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sugar and vinegar, stir through.
- Serve warm.
